Annie Goyanes

Annie makes recommendations when she sees tasks that can be done more effectively and has worked with organizations to find new programming that will be of interest to our community. She looks at ways to improve her role and make herself more efficient in the planning process. She asks questions and utilizes the information she learns in future programming… Annie is very responsive and gets work done quickly and effectively. She has done a great job of prioritizing her work load, helps others on the team and has been a great asset to PAR.

From the beginning of her undergraduate career, Annie has presented herself as a dedicated student who is committed to both her academics and personal interests… Annie’s main goal is to immerse herself in both sustainability efforts and civic engagement, specifically in the way it relates to our community’s physical and social environment…Annie has been an invaluable role model to other students and the community members she interacts with, especially in the context of a Latina woman in the STEM field.

During Annie’s time as Geospatial Services Intern, she showed a positive work attitude, dedication, and enthusiasm towards her work and has provided great products.
